Delivering notice for electronic products
Detailed split is needed before delivering sample, the principle of split can accord to the general split principle for hazardous substances in electronic and electrical products. Then pack the samples in different bags, marking their name of each sample, and offer a component list. With the homogenized components, please fill in the homogenized components statement. The necessary weight of homogeneous
material is following:
lTesting heavy metals:Provide 5-10g samples for solid sample and 5-10 mL for liquid sample
lTesting PBBs and PBDEs: Provide 10-20g samples for solid sample and 10-20 mL for liquid sample
lTesting heavy metals , PBBs and PBDEs:Provide 20-30g samples.
lTesting other organic hazardous substance:Provide 20g samples every item
lTesting Cr6+ in the sample's coating: Provide the weight or surface area of coating in sample according to ISO3613 and you would better tell us the materials of both the base and the coating,the thickness of the coating . |
